William Stubbs is an Instructional Leadership Director for the Oklahoma City Public School District, where he oversees six campuses. Prior to this role, William served as the K-12 Principal at Kennedy Charter Public School in Charlotte, NC, where he decreased the student attrition rate by 3%, improved school-wide test scores by 22%, and improved student enrollment by 70% via a student recruitment plan. Before joining Kennedy Charter Public School, William was the Dean of Students and Upper School Literature Teacher at Kestrel Heights School in Durham, NC. Prior to this role, William served as a Principal Intern at Reedy Creek Middle School - Wake Country Public Schools in Cary, NC.

William holds an M.S.A. from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a B.A. in English from Shaw University.
